Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Website Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”) and United Debt Relief (“UDR”). IMPORTANT: BY ACCESSING OR USING THESE WEBSITES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. These Terms affect your legal rights, including an agreement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than class actions or jury trials.
Section 1. Eligibility; Privacy
You must be at least 18 years of age and a lawful U.S. resident to use our websites. BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITES, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS. UDR’s Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference and available at www.uniteddebtrelief.com/privacy-policy.
Section 2. Nature of Services; Broker Role; TCPA Consent
2(a) United Debt Relief's Role as a Broker
United Debt Relief is a debt relief broker and marketing company and does not itself provide debt settlement, debt negotiation, legal, or financial advisory services directly. UDR connects you with independently licensed law firms, debt settlement companies, and other debt relief providers (“Providers”). Each Provider is an independent entity solely responsible for the services it renders under a separate agreement between you and that Provider.
Important Disclosures: UDR does not guarantee any specific outcome or debt reduction; debt settlement may negatively impact your credit and may create tax obligations; initial consultations are free and no enrollment is required; UDR may receive referral compensation from Providers; results vary by individual circumstances
2(b) TCPA Consent
By submitting a request through our websites, you expressly consent — on an individual, one-to-one basis — to receive telephone calls (including ATDS), text/SMS messages, and emails from United Debt Relief at the contact information you provide. This consent applies even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at info@uniteddebtrelief.com or 1 (888) 802-2092. Pursuant to the FCC’s December 2023 Order (effective January 27, 2025), your TCPA consent is granted solely to United Debt Relief and will not be transferred to any Provider.
2(c) FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule Compliance
Neither UDR nor any Provider charges advance fees before a debt is settled on your behalf. All required TSR disclosures are provided prior to enrollment. UDR only refers consumers to Providers maintaining all applicable state licenses and registrations.
Section 3. Modifying These Terms
UDR may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the websites after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 4. License Grants
UDR grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the websites to obtain information and connect with Providers. By using the websites, you grant UDR a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your information as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Section 5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the websites for any purpose other than obtaining legitimate debt relief; submit false or fraudulent information; transmit unlawful or infringing content; interfere with website security; use automated systems without authorization; impersonate others; or submit information you do not have the right to provide.
Section 6. Proprietary & Ownership Rights
All website content is owned by United Debt Relief and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not sell, copy, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content without express authorization.
Section 7. Relationship with Providers
UDR is a broker and referral service only. UDR does not control or guarantee Provider services, fees, or outcomes. Your contractual relationship for debt relief services is solely between you and the Provider. UDR is not a party to that agreement. Any fees are charged by the Provider, not UDR. You are under no obligation to use any referred Provider.
8. Termination; Exclusive Remedy
UDR may terminate your access at any time without notice. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the websites.
Section 9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UDR, its officers, directors, employees, Providers, and partners from all claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: your use or misuse of the websites; violation of these Terms; breach of representations; or submission of false information.
Section 10. No Warranty; Disclaimers
UNITED DEBT RELIEF IS A BROKER AND REFERRAL SERVICE ONLY AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME WILL BE ACHIEVED. ALL WEBSITES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Section 11. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UDR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITES, OR PROVIDER SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Section 12. Release
By using our websites, you release UDR, its Providers, and their personnel from all claims arising from your use of the websites or Provider services. California residents waive California Civil Code Section 1542.
Section 13. Mandatory Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Governing Law: California law governs. Non-arbitrable Claims: Southern District of California. Arbitration: All disputes will be resolved by mandatory, binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class Action Waiver: CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY — NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Notice: Send to United Debt Relief — Legal Department, 2907 Shelter Island Dr, Ste 105, San Diego, CA 92106 | info@uniteddebtrelief.com. Parties must attempt resolution for 30 days before initiating arbitration.
Section 14. Miscellaneous
Notice: Email notices effective 24 hours after sending. Postal notices effective 3 calendar days after mailing. Waiver and Severability: No waiver without written signature. Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms. Assignment: You may not assign without prior written consent. UDR may freely assign. No Attorney-Client Relationship: UDR is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by using these websites. State Licensing: UDR operates as a debt relief broker. Providers maintain all applicable state licenses. Service availability varies by state — contact us to confirm. Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement governing your use of the websites. Survival: Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.
