United Debt Relief is a debt relief broker and marketing company. We connect consumers with independently operated law firms, debt settlement companies, and other financial service providers (collectively, “Providers”) that may be able to assist with debt relief. A core function of our services — and a primary reason we collect your personal information — is to evaluate your financial situation and share your information with one or more Providers who may offer you a debt relief program. This sharing is a necessary and integral part of the service we provide. Your personal information may be shared with multiple Providers simultaneously or sequentially as part of this matching and referral process.

Sharing with Providers (Core Business Function)
As a broker, United Debt Relief’s primary service involves sharing your personal information with Providers in our network. By submitting an inquiry, you authorize United Debt Relief to share your name, contact information, financial details, and debt profile with one or more Providers. Each Provider is contractually required to use your information only for evaluating and servicing your debt relief inquiry.
Sharing with Affiliates and Service Providers
We may share your information with affiliated companies and non-affiliated service providers who assist us in operating our websites and business. These parties are contractually prohibited from using your information for other purposes.
